Environmental Engineering - Renewable Energy Sources
(45 hours of instruction, 5 ECTS)
Students gain an extensive overview of environmental engineering issues not only from a local perspective but also from a German and a European perspective. This multifaceted approach allows students to look into different aspects of the subjects concerned and to develop their own research focus. The different topics include Wind Energy, Photovoltaics, Solar Thermal Systems, Low Energy Housing, Geothermal Energy, Bioenergy, Hdyro Power and more. German Language Course
(30 hours of instruction, 3 ECTS)
In addition to the academic seminars, all students attend intensive German language courses. These courses are offered at three different levels (from beginners to advanced).
